What we keep, and why

Your Google account (name, email address, profile picture): to sign you in and find your projects.

Your photos, your projects and the images created: to make your proposals, show them to you and keep them for you. We also use them to check and improve the quality of the service (for example, understanding why an image was rejected and doing better next time). They are never sold, never shown to others without your written consent, and are not used to train an artificial intelligence model.

Your credits and top-ups: balance, chosen offer, amount. The payment itself is made at Stripe, on behalf of Link (Stripe group), our reseller, which receives your email and payment method and sends you the invoice; we only receive a confirmation.

Your journey on the site (photo uploaded, choices made, image received or rejected, link to a seller opened, top-up), linked to your account by a fingerprint, without your email in clear: to understand what works and improve the service. Nothing is passed on to a third party; no external analytics tool.

Your email address: to write to you about your account, your credits and your images. Later, for a newsletter (news, offers): if you have bought credits, you will receive it and can unsubscribe in one click in each mailing; otherwise, only if you have asked for it.

Legal basis: performance of the service you request; for improving the service from your images and journey, and for the newsletter to our customers, our legitimate interest, to which you can object at any time by writing to us.

Who else processes them

Google: sign-in. Stripe and Link (Stripe group): payment and invoice. Cloudflare: delivery of the site. Chutes: computing the images and reading your photo with an artificial intelligence model; your photos are sent to it for this computation, and its servers may be located outside the European Union.

How long

Your account, your photos, your projects and the images created: 3 years after your last visit, then deleted automatically; at any time on simple request.

Your journey on the site and technical logs: 25 months. Accounting records linked to payments: the legal period, at Stripe and at the publisher.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, take away or delete your data, or object to a processing, by writing to the contact address. You can also contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

A single cookie, needed for sign-in. No advertising cookie and no external audience measurement tool. Your browser also keeps a copy of your projects to display them faster, and a session marker for the length of your visit.
