Terms of sale
In force from 10 October 2026. Courtesy translation. In case of any difference, the French version prevails.
1. The service
From a photo of your room, Déco AI offers decoration images in which your furniture is replaced by real products, with the link to the site that sells them. The images are created by an artificial intelligence program: they are illustrations, which may contain imperfections.
2. Who sells
The Déco AI service is provided by Rudolph Bonnin, 39 rue de la Tour, 75116 Paris, France (SIRET number shown here once registered). Contact: [email protected].
Credits are sold by Link (Link, LLC, a Stripe group company), our official reseller: it collects the payment, sends you the invoice and pays the VAT. Its purchase terms apply to the payment.
3. Account
A Google account is required. One account per person. You are responsible for the use of your account.

The cost is shown before each creation. A rendering that fails is credited back automatically. Credits bought or offered do not expire as long as the account exists; they are not refundable, not exchangeable for money and not transferable.

Prices in euros, VAT included, collected by our reseller. When your credits run out, a new creation requires a top-up.
6. Subscription
The subscription runs monthly from the day you subscribe and renews automatically. Each month it gives 5,000 credits; unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month and are used before your other credits. Beyond that, you can buy credits in steps of 50. You can cancel at any time from “Manage my subscription” (My credits page): it stops at the end of the month already paid, with no refund of the current month.
7. Payment
Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page, on behalf of Link, our reseller (bank card). We never have access to your bank details. Credits are added as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds. The subscription is managed and cancelled from “Manage my subscription”, which opens Stripe’s customer area.
8. Right of withdrawal
Credits are digital content supplied immediately. Before paying, you expressly request this immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal (article L221-28, 13°, of the French Consumer Code). Without this agreement, the purchase is not possible.
9. The products shown
The furniture and objects are sold by other sites, with which Déco AI has no affiliation. Their prices and availability are checked regularly but may change: only those of the online shop at the time of your purchase count, made directly with it and on its terms.
10. Your photos
Only send photos of your interior, with no visible person: a photo showing a person is rejected. Your photos and the images created are kept for 3 years after your last visit, so that you can find your projects, and help us check and improve the quality of the service. They are never sold or shown to others without your consent. Details and rights: Privacy page.
11. Liability
We do our best to keep the service available and to make the images respect your room, without being able to guarantee it. Déco AI is not responsible for the products sold by online shops.
12. Complaints and mediation
Please write to us first at the contact address; for a payment or invoice question, you can also write to Link (Stripe). The name of the consumer mediator you can contact free of charge will be shown here once the business is registered.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
